在剪纸动物图样上，锯齿纹大有发挥空间，眉毛、耳朵、尾巴、打扮等等。今天大部分参与者往高难度挑战，自己画及剪“喜上眉梢”图样，锯齿纹出现在梅花花瓣、脖子、羽毛。参与者分享，剪了这图样，即可深切感受到那“三先三后”的口诀。
